Why in creating a Web page we have to follow 60% about content and 40% on creativity/design?

In creating a web page it is necessary for us to follow the criteria because it is in their were our grades are being based and also in designing our web page we must do our best to make it more attractive because it is one way of encouraging others to visit it, and for the content it is also very important because it is all about you also no matter how nice was your design if the content is not nice or not interesting it is still very useless. so we must follow the criteria.

    we need to follow the criteria in order to have a guide on how to do it and the content has the highest percentage because it measures on what we have understand on that certain question.

    Exactly!I am with you. To impress more the viewers we need to be particular about choosing designs or what you are going to put in your page because being reckless is not good.It is good to apply the designs or graphics that is suited to your topic so that it will be interesting to others.
